    Blue Snake Skin

I must say, one of the top things I just HATE are snakes…however, I am so happy I purchased this snake skin printed skirt while back! I love how it’s a neutral color. That means I can pair it with pretty much anything! By that I mean ANY color and almost any pattern. On today’s post I have paired it with a blue and white stripe button up and a blue tee to break up the patterns a little bit. Sometimes putting a solid color to break up those crazy patterns can definitely make a difference in your outfit! If you are feeling like your patterns are clashing a little…

    Neon Popover

Some days we all just need to keep it simple. Some of the time we need to live by the saying “Less is More” right? Well, in my post today I am living by that saying! I am in LOVE with this top from JCrew. I wanted to keep all of your beautiful eyes focused on this shirt so that is why this outfit is super simple! I’ve paired this AMAZING neon popover shirt (which is on sale!) with some cropped jeans and some funky wedges. My outfit felt a little too simple, so I tucked in the shirt and buckled on a skinny belt. What a good way to…

    “Suited” Up

You can never go wrong with black and white right? Can you go wrong with matching pants and top? NO WAY! I know now days we all love mixing and matching patterns and colors. I’m not denying that I am one who participates in this often! That is why I thought I would give something else a try. I wanted to take it back to the old days where matching was a MUST! Today I jumped into my “suit” and strapped on my t strapped heels and enjoyed the amazing but windy weather! I did keep it matchy matchy with the suit, however, those t strapped sandal heels I slipped…

    Arrivederci Milano!

Oh, I didn’t ever want this day to come…the day I have to leave beautiful Italy and my amazing friends. This was a trip I will NEVER forget. Not only did I get to be in the mix of Milan Fashion Week, but I got to study what I love and I built some friendships that will last a life time. Once again, thank you to Milan Fashion Campus!! My friends slowly started to leave Milano. Each day our group got smaller. The last day it was just my Argentina sister and me! We started the day at 10am. We walked, stopped to take pics, walked, ate, walked, did some…

    Crazies in Como!

Oh Como…You are the most beautiful place on earth. George Clooney having a house there is only just a plus! It was such a fun day for my friends and me! Como is only a 45 minute train ride away! We decided the night before that it was a MUST that we make our way to Como. The train ride was quick, we bought a map, and made our way to the lake! We met some nice gents along the way. One was from Saudi Arabia. One was from Pakistan. One was from India. Now pause. I thought that I had friends of many kinds before…BUT after my stay in…

    Venice

We have definitely taken advantage of the fast train this week…yesterday we spent the day in Venice! Word nor pictures can describe how beautiful and heavenly that place is. I took SO many pictures of the buildings, canals, bridges, gondolas, etc, BUT it just doesn’t even do Venice justice. If you don’t have “going to Venice and riding in the gondola” on your bucket list, ADD IT TO YOUR LIST! We all know that Venice is known for the mask right? Well, we got lucky and happened to be there on the weekend that they were celebrating and having their anual carnival. HOLY COW it was so crazy to see…

    Florence Lover

So I know I have been all about Milano and how much I love it, BUT today…FLORENCE stole my heart! I rubbed the pigs nose (see in pics below) and that means that I will return to Florence! I didn’t want to get back on the train. I wanted to stay forever! If I could, I would have. Today was just amazing. It was worth waking up at five in the morning. The fast train was great. Eating a chocolate croissant in a cute little cafe was just the perfect start to my morning. Oh those chocolate croissants are dangerous! Then off we went and adventured the beautiful cobble stone…

Milan Fashion Week: Franca Sozzani, Hogan Shoes Event, and BORSALINO Event.

Today started out so amazing! It was our first event of the day, and the first person I see is Franca Sozzani! For those of you who don’t know her, she is the “Anna Wintour” of Italy! She is an outstanding woman. I was feeling so blessed to attend this private event for Hogan Shoes. The designs, models, and the atmosphere was perfect. I definitely left feeling inspired. I thought that the day couldn’t get any more exciting. Well, guess what, it did! We got to go to the private after party for Borsalino! This event was unreal. I have never been to an after party with such classy people. That on its own was an experience…

Milan Fashion Week: Backstage with Heohwan Simulation

Sad to say that this was the LAST Milan Fashion Week show that I got the chance to be backstage and got to meet some more AMAZING people. The designer Heohwan Simulation is so dang talented. All of his pieces were so much different then any of the other designers pieces that I saw. All of the designs were well executed and so bright! My model Anja was so cute and friendly! I have seriously been in HEAVEN this past week…what am I going to do when this comes to an end? xoxo, P
