One Piece

Today I am so excited to be sharing with you my collaboration with Piper and Scoot! I am obsessed with everything on their website, but this item in particular is a Summer essential! Until these past couple years, I have never ever been into one piece swimming suits. Now things are completely different! I am obsessed with one pieces. Not all one pieces though. If you give me a well designed, funky, or unique suit, I’m game. I love my two pieces, but it’s good to switch things up. This suit is well designed, flattering, and gorgeous! Click the link below and get yourself one for your summer festivities!

Brown Stripes

Although the colors in my look don’t exactly shout SUMMER, you can definitely pull this look off in the summer. Instead of paring this top with black jeans, like me, zip on some white jeans. BOOM. You’ve taken a big step towards making this your summer look! Below I have taken this look from day-to-night. In other words, flats to heels. Want to know one of my shopping secrets? I go into the store and try to find items that look too funky, or questionable. I try them on. They usually end up being the items that I love the most! This top is one that I saw on the rack and thought, “Wow, that could be really hard to pull off. It kind of reminds me of my grandpa!” Who would have thought that it would turn into one of my statement shirts. Some may hate it, but I think it’s a keeper!

Funky Town

Are you that girl who loves a F U N K Y statement piece? I am not talking about a statement necklace or statement shoes…This shirt is taking us all to FUNKY TOWN! I have paired it with some distressed jeans, like always, but this shirt would look so BOMB with a pencil skirt, overalls, joggers, etc. Even though this shirt is crazy different, you can pair it with most everything. That is what I love about this top. Yes, I did stick with the black and white look, but I did lather my lips with a pink lipstick. Give your look that pop of color by just adding a tiny bit to those luscious lips of yours!

Black and White

I guess you could say I have gotten a little obsessed with black, white, and neutrals. Nothing better than an all black outfit, right? So classy, slimming, and chic…at times! Today’s casual look is one of my “go-to’s!” Black distressed jeans, black and white shirt, and some fresh kicks. I must say, I am loving that I can wearing Nikes on a daily basis. My look is simple and sweet. It is easy to take this look from day-to-night! Loosen those shoes laces and slip on some open toed booties or wedges, and BOOM, there you have it!

Dipped in Embroidery

Hey beautiful peeps!
If you love embroidery as much as I do, then this top is most definitely for you! It can be dressed up for a night out, or you can throw it on as a swimming suit cover up for the beach! I love to have pieces like this in my closet. Why? Any piece that is a statement is a must have. You don’t have to think very hard to style a statement piece. It already is amazing on its own. So, my look today is a simple one! I have paired this top with dark denim (would also look good with black denim or distressed denim) and black funky sandals. Sweet and simple.

Zippers

I must say, it has been crazy few weeks here in Los Angeles! I have met so many great people who have definitely motivated me to continue to chase after my crazy dreams. It’s be interesting trying to dip my toes into the blogging world here in California. It’s quite a bit different then the blogging world in Utah. There is a gorgeous and talented girl that I want to introduce you to! She was sweet enough to invite me to Sunday brunch to talk about life, and of course fashion business. We got to do a little photo shoot on the streets of downtown Los Angeles.

Everyone…meet Azusa Takano!

My outfit today is definitely adequate for a Sunday brunch date, a business meeting, church, or if you are just wanting to dress up for the day! We are mixing colors and patterns today. This dress says so much on its own, but I definitely felt like I needed to bring a little pizzaz to it! Honestly, MOST button ups (pattern or color) would look good underneath this dress. Ladies, if you have this or plan to purchase, wear it on a day where you will live up the saying, “Beauty is Pain.” You definitely need a heel with this dress. It could look a little boxy if you stuck with the flats. Lastly, don’t forget to put some color on your lips! 🙂

Floral Short Coat

Hey loves!
I know I have been a little MIA in the blogging world, and this is why. I have moved to Los Angeles to pursue some dreams of mine! That means that I may be here and there until I find someone who can capture my style and fun moments! I am so excited to take you all on this journey with me. It is definitely going to be a fun and crazy one.
I am so happy to be back and share with you one of my new favorite pieces! This coat is classy and a “double taker!” You could get all funky and wear a graphic tee and some denim with patterned shoes, or you could keep it on the classic side like me! I would go both ways! It just depends on the setting that you are heading to!

Oh La La with a Sprinkle of Cheetah

Feeling funky? Me too! Todays look is a fun one, especially if you love cheetah. I wanted to tame the “cheetahness” so I put on a fitted sweater over the top of the dress, and tied it at the bottom so it was a little more flattering. I made sure that you could see the top of the dress coming out of the neck of my sweater, as well as, the sleeves coming out of the sleeves of the sweater. That way you can tell it is a dress and not just a midi skirt. This look is so simple, yet it is can definitely be an eye catcher!

Grid Tee

Today I am teaming up with Stripe Clothing to present their amazing grid tee! I, again, went bohemian on you guys! It is chilly outside, so I layered the grid tee with a white button up underneath, and a patterned kimono on top. You could also add a solid colored scarf to give yourself a little more warmth in this cold Utah weather. I am accessorizing with a three toned felt hat and some berry colored heels. You know I always have to have my Alex and Ani bracelets on. You can pair those gems with anything!
