Fashion Milan Fashion Week: Backstage with Designer Fatima Val February 24, 2014 / We had such a great opportunity to work backstage and the Fatima Val fashion show. When we arrived they were setting the runway and the visual display to set the mood. I loved watching how it all came together! Because I studied visuals, that was so amazing to see. Not only did we get to see the set come together, we got to see the models come together as well. We were each assigned a model and we were responsible for styling their three outfits that were being showcased on the runway. I am not going to lie, it was intense, but that’s what made it fun! We assisted this fashion show 3 times. The last go around, after the last outfit change, we got to step out of back stage and watch the end of the fashion show.
