    Sweaters and Starbucks

If sweaters and Starbucks doesn’t shout Winter, I don’t know what else does! This shoot was absolutely freezing, but I must say, I am in love with the Utah mountains in the winter. I got all nice and cozy for this shoot. Even though I am wearing a pencil skirt, which most girls think is super uncomfortable, I made up for it with the two oversized sweaters, warm tights, and my Vanilla Steamer from Starbucks! Haha. This look would be awesome with jeans, but I wanted to try out the oversized sweater over a pencil skirt. I actually kind of like it! Its comfortable, yet you can really dress it…

    Jumping “Fur” the Holidays

If you can’t tell by now, I love “one piece” anything and everything. By that I mean rompers and jumpsuits. If a store has it, I will take it! No trying to decide what shirt to wear with those patterned pants. Jumpsuits are an all in one deal! I did want to make this more of a HOLIDAY LOOK for you all! Maybe give you an idea of what to wear to your next holiday party. How did I make this look turn holiday? I added this amazing fur vest. This plain jumpsuit needs a little flavor, so what better than a little fluff and texture? I, of course, had…

    Romper

Who says you can’t wear rompers in the winter? I think one of my favorite looks I have seen this Fall is a cute romper worn with tights and a big sweater! I guess I just don’t want to let summer go! If you have a romper that is a solid color, or super simple, pair it with some patterned tights and a patterned sweater. Try not to have the patterns clash. Maybe stick with simple polka dot tights and slip on a stripped sweater. Any boots will do to finish off your look! Are you thinking knee-high boots or ankle booties? Your look will great with either! xoxo, P…

    Boyfriend Jeans

Well, I am going to let you in on a little secret. I don’t have a boyfriend. So, I did something that I have been afraid to do. I went and got myself some boyfriend jeans instead! haha. I have always been a little sketched out on wearing these types of jeans. Only because I see them on really petite girls and think, “Yeaaaaa, those would never look good on me!” However, I gave myself the go-ahead. I guess these ones aren’t super baggy, but I swear they are boyfriend jeans! I paired them with a top that is a little more form-fitting due to the fact that when jeans…

    Houndstooth Hunny

Well, I took these photos a little bit ago, and Utah got a little colder in the last week. Good news is this outfit still will work! Just add some fun tights. First, I have to say, this whole look is from FOREVER 21! You know what that means. Fashionable AND affordable! My two favorite words. 🙂 This is, once again, a simple look. That is okay though! Like I have said in past posts, you don’t have to choose to be simple or funky. You can definitely be both! I must say one thing that will be my favorite this Fall/Winter will be the oversized sweaters/blazers. I’ve shot with a…

    Laced Berry Midi

Did you say a midi lace dress in a berry toned color? You don’t have to ask me twice! I’ll take it. This dress has been a great addition to my wardrobe. I actually wore this dress as my bridesmaid dress to my cousins beautiful wedding and got so many compliments on it. The main thing I love about this dress is that it is modest. There is nothing that I love to see more than a gorgeous girl in a modest dress, and rockin it. It’s just a classy move. 🙂 I love that his dress has more of a vintage look (thanks to the lace and its color).…

    Be Your Selfie

Since being apart of the blogging world there is one thing that I have learned, and it’s very important to me. BE YOURSELF. I have met a great amount of amazing and inspiring people. There is nothing that I respect more than people who be themselves and love who they are. Life is so precious and short. Why would you want to be or pretend to be someone else? My post today goes along with that. “#BE YOUR SELFIE” I am collaborating with M1M1K clothing today. These designers or local and stand for such great things. Reach for the stars. Plaid Numbers

My favorite part of fall is that we get to be creative with our styling and find fun ways to layer our pieces! Today, I am collaborating with Bohme to make this look happen! Who doesn’t like to layer? I mean, you can wear three of your favorite pieces at one time! Layering was my main focus for today’s post. I started my look with a graphic tee. That is always a safe move when you are layering, bt that is if you want your look to be casual. It is a little nippy outside, so my next layering piece is warm, yet has pattern and totally completes the outfit! My…
